2025 KTM 390 Adventure & Adventure X launched in India

The new 390 Adventure X has been positioned as an entry-level model in the 390 range.

KTM has launched the 2025 edition of the 390 Adventure in India. The ADV is available in two variants: Standard and X, priced at Rs 3,67,699 and Rs 2,91,140 (ex-showroom, Delhi), respectively.

The new KTM 390 Adventure was unveiled at India Bike Week 2024. The bike has a dual LED headlamp with KTM’s signature U-shaped LED DRL, a tall windshield and a raised front fender. It has a flat seat, knuckle guards, an engine bash plate and an underbelly exhaust.

The 390 Adventure rides on an adjustable WP Apex USD front fork with 200 mm of travel and a mono-shock at the rear offering 205 mm of travel. It has wirespoke wheels with a 21-inch rim at the front and 17-inch at the rear. The seat is set at a height of 830 mm and the ground clearance is 227 mm. Braking is handled by a 320 mm disc at the front and a 240 mm disc at the rear.

Powering the new 390 Adventure is a 399cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that produces 45.3 BHP and 39 Nm. The engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox via a slipper clutch and a bi-directional quick shifter.

The 390 Adventure comes with features such as a 5-inch digital instrument console with Bluetooth connectivity, cruise control, switchable cornering traction control, cornering ABS, off-road ABS and has three riding modes: Street, Rain and Off-Road.

The new 390 Adventure X has been positioned as an entry-level model in the 390 range. It is more road-biased compared to the standard model and comes equipped with tubeless alloy wheels (19-inch front and 17-inch rear). It also has a slightly lower seat height of 825 mm for better accessibility, while ground clearance remains the same.

The 390 Adventure X is decently equipped too. It comes with a 5-inch TFT display with navigation, ride-by-wire, Off-road ABS and quick shifter.
