2nd-gen Toyota Rush's interiors leaked

Last week we shared leaked images of the second-generation Toyota Rush. Now, another set of leaked brochure scans have revealed the 7-seater SUV's redesigned dashboard and 3-row seating layout.

The leaked images suggest that the new Toyota Rush will get a dual-tone dashboard with a centrally mounted 7.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system. The centre console appears to have a piano black finish with silver trim around it. Additionally, chrome highlights can be seen along the beige trim. The door pads also get a dual-tone treatment.

The new Rush comes with a three-spoke, multi-functional steering wheel and a twin-pod instrument cluster with a blue back light. It's worth noting that Toyota has provided three cup holders between the front seats. It appears that all seats get an adjustable headrest, including the second-row middle seat.

The 2018 Toyota Rush will reportedly get a new Dual VVT-i engine that will replace the 1.5-litre petrol engine. That said, Toyota is yet to confirm this. As far as equipment is concerned, select variants of the new Toyota Rush are expected to get automatic climate control, a 360-degree camera and six airbags along with other safety features like ABS, EBD, brake assist, vehicle stability control and hill start assist.
