3rd-gen BMW X6 spied undisguised in India

The third-generation BMW X6 has been spotted completely undisguised in India. The SUV is expected to be launched on June 11, 2020.

The test car seen in this image is said to be the xDrive40i variant. It appears to have the M Sport kit featuring sporty front and rear bumpers, a large twin-kidney grille and twin-pod LED headlights. The SUV also has dual-tone alloy wheels with Y-shaped spokes.

On the inside, the X6 is expected to get two 12.3-inch displays, a Bowers & Wilkins Diamond Surround sound system with 20 speakers, ambient air package with 8 fragrances and thermoelectric cupholders.

The BMW X6 xDrive40i variant is powered by a 3.0-litre, turbocharged 6-cylinder petrol engine that produces 335 BHP @ 5,500-6,500 rpm and 450 Nm @ 1,500-5,200 rpm. It is paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission and comes with all-wheel drive.
