Aprilia is gearing up to launch the Tuono 457 in India. The bike has already been listed on the brand’s Indian website. Meanwhile, Aprilia is putting the new model through its paces on our roads ahead of its launch.
The Tuono 457 is a naked version of the fully-faired RS 457. It features an aggressive design with a sporty LED headlamp with small fairings on either side of the exposed frame and a stepped seat. The bike gets a 5.0-inch TFT instrument console, a ride-by-wire system, traction control, and three riding modes.
The Tuono 457 is powered by a 457cc parallel-twin engine that puts out 47 BHP and 43.5 Nm and is paired with a 6-speed gearbox via a slipper clutch.
The bike is equipped with a USD fork at the front and an adjustable mono-shock at the rear. Braking is handled by disc brakes at both ends, supported by ABS.
