Audi India teases the e-tron on social media

The car is likely to be the brand's first all-electric offering in India.

Audi India has released a teaser video of the e-tron on social media. The video showing the e-tron electric SUV was released on Valentine's day and has the text "Get ready to fall in love". The car is likely to be the brand's first all-electric offering in India.

The SUV gets L-shaped headlamps, LED tail lamps with a light bar running across the width of the car, 20/21-inch alloy wheels, a 4-spoke steering wheel and a digital instrument cluster. It has separate touchscreens for the infotainment system and the climate control.

The Audi e-tron is powered by two electric motors - one on each axle. The combined power output is 355 BHP and 561 Nm. In S mode, the power output is boosted to 402 BHP and 664 Nm for 8 seconds. The Audi e-tron uses a 95 kWh battery pack that is claimed to offer a maximum range of 400 km (WLTP cycle) on a single charge. It can be recharged to 80% capacity within 30 minutes using a DC fast-charger.
