Audi RS Q8 Performance launched at Rs 2.49 crore

RS Q8 packs a 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 that makes 631 BHP and 850 Nm.

Audi has launched its most powerful SUV, the RS Q8 Performance, in India. It has been priced at Rs 2.49 crore (ex-showroom).

The RS Q8 Performance has a muscular design with a large single-frame grille in the front, flanked by Matrix LED headlamps. The SUV has flared wheel arches that house 23-inch alloy wheels.

Inside, this high-performance SUV gets a flat-faced dashboard with dual screens and a 12.3-inch instrument cluster. It has a 3-spoke steering wheel wrapped in Alcantara and comes with optional Valcona leather upholstery. 

In terms of features, the RS Q8 Performance is equipped with 4-zone automatic climate control, reclining rear seats, a panoramic sunroof and a 17-speaker Bang and Olufsen sound system. It also has adaptive air suspension and rear axle steering.

At the business end of the RS Q8 is a 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 engine paired with a 48V mild-hybrid system. It delivers 631 BHP and 850 Nm, which enables the SUV to sprint from 0-100 km/h in 3.6 seconds. It has a top speed of 305 km/h.
