Auto Expo pushed by a year to February 2023

The biennial car show is now expected to be held from February 1-10, 2023.

According to a media report, the Auto Expo is likely to be held in February 1-10, 2023. Having cancelled the 2022 edition, the biennial car show is expected to be held every odd year.

Earlier, the Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM) had deferred the 2022 event due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. The decision was taken to ensure the safety of the exhibitors, visitors and other stakeholders.

The event will now be in alignment with the OICA global auto show calendar. The organizers are yet to confirm the event dates.
