Bajaj Platina 110 with single-channel ABS launched

Platina 110 is equipped with single-channel ABS dubbed as "Anti-Skid Braking System".

Bajaj has silently launched a new variant of the Platina 110. The bike now comes with single-channel ABS.

The ABS on the Platina 110 is unlike most bikes. It has a single 240 mm disc brake at the front and a drum brake with an ABS ring at the rear. Bajaj calls it the "Anti-Skid Braking System".

The Platina 110 also gets LED daytime running lights, quilt-stitched seat, wide rubber footpads and tank pads. The bike also gets a redesigned analogue instrument cluster and painted alloy wheels.

The Platina 110 is powered by a 102cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled DTS-i engine that produces 7.8 BHP @ 7,500 rpm and 8.3 Nm @ 5,500 rpm. The engine is mated to a 4-speed transmission.

The bike is equipped with 135 mm telescopic fork suspension at the front and gets 110 mm Nitrox shock absorbers at the rear.

Prices for the 2021 Platina 110 start at Rs. 59,859 (ex-showroom, Delhi).
