Benelli TRK 800 breaks cover at EICMA 2021

While there has not been any official confirmation, speculations say that the Benelli TRK 800 could be introduced in India sometime next year.

The Benelli TRK 800 was teased earlier this month. Now, it has been revealed at the ongoing EICMA 2021.

Powering the TRK 800 is a 754cc, parallel-twin engine that is capable of producing 75 BHP and 67 Nm. It is mated to a 6-speed gearbox that is accompanied by a slip/assist clutch. This is the same engine that Benelli uses in the Leoncino 800.

The Benelli TRK 800 features a pair of 50 mm USD fully adjustable front forks and a rear mono-shock with preload and rebound adjustability. For the brakes, the motorcycle is equipped with dual 320 mm rotors up-front and a single 260 mm rotor at the back.

Other features of the TRK 800 include a full-LED headlamp, 7-inch TFT instrument cluster, adjustable windshield, split seats, split pillion grab rail, side-mounted exhaust and knuckle guards. The motorcycle runs on 19-inch/17-inch spoked aluminium wheels that support tubeless tyres.

Being an ADV, the TRK 800 has 211 mm of ground clearance. Its seat height is set at 834 mm and the motorcycle tips the scale at 226 kg (kerb).

The Benelli TRK 800 is expected to reach dealerships in the international markets by the second half of 2022. While there has not been any official confirmation by the company, speculations say that the TRK 800 could be introduced in India sometime next year.
