BMW has launched the M4 Competition '50 Jahre M Edition' in India. The coupe is priced at Rs. 1.53 crore (ex-showroom).

The 50 Jahre M Edition comes with the M-specific version of the large, vertical kidney grille with the M emblem, M gills and extended side sills. The car is equipped with adaptive LED headlights with BMW Laserlight, M-specific ORVMs in gloss black, a rear spoiler and Black Chrome exhaust tips.

Inside, the special edition M4 gets the M steering wheel, heated seats with lumbar support, special door sills and a metal plaque on the centre console and seat headrest. Powering the M4 Competition '50 Jahre M Edition' is a 3.0-litre twin-turbo 6-cylinder engine that puts out 503 BHP @ 6,250 rpm and 650 Nm @ 2,750-5,500 rpm. The engine is mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission and the M xDrive all-wheel drive system, that enables the M4 to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 3.5 seconds.

Under the skin, the M4 Competition gets Adaptive M-Specific suspension and an M Sport Differential. The car rides on M forged alloy wheels finished in Orbit Grey and Gold Bronze.
