The BMW R 1300 GSA will compete with the Ducati Multistrada V4 Rally and Triumph Tiger 1200 GT.

BMW Motorrad has shared a teaser of its upcoming ADV, the R 1300 GSA. It is expected to be launched in India soon.

Having launched the R 1300 GS last year, BMW Motorrad is now gearing up to introduce the more hardcore version of its flagship ADV. The new model has a boxy design with a single LED projector headlamp with X-shaped LED DRLs at the front and a tall windscreen.

The R 1300 GSA comes in four variants: Standard, Triple Black, GS Trophy, and Option 719 Karakorum. The bike comes with a larger 30-litre fuel tank and weighs 269 kg.

The R 1300 GSA is equipped with features such as a 6.5-inch TFT instrument console, traction control, Engine Brake Control, Hill-Hold Assist, Adaptive Cruise Control and four riding modes: Eco, Rain, Road and Enduro.

The R 1300 GSA is powered by the same 1,300cc, twin-cylinder boxer engine as the standard model. It produces 144 BHP @ 7,750 rpm and 149 Nm @ 6,500 rpm. The engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox and comes with BMW’s Automated Shift Assistant feature as an option.
