Citroen C3 owner shares 8 observations after 2000 km & 3 highway drives

The low and mid-range of the car is very strong and the power delivery is pretty quick.

BHPian skpprabhu recently shared this with other enthusiasts.

I have completed 2000 km so far and have done 3 highway trips, no issues as of now and everything is fine.

  1. Engine is a little louder when we start but could not hear much in the cabin and also the noise reduces as we drive.
  2. In terms of performance, the low and mid-range is very strong and the power delivery is pretty quick.
  3. From 2nd to 5th gear the vehicle pull is addictive, in 6th gear it settles down and the power is a little linear. I am correlating in gears as we do not have a tachometer to exactly know the RPM.
  4. Steering is light at low speeds and weighs up at higher speeds and feedback is decent.
  5. Clutch was a little hard initially but now it has become lighter and has no issues even in city driving.
  6. Braking is good and high-speed stability is also good.
  7. Gear shift is not very slick and not bad either - it is decent.
  8. Finally the suspension - it is in a different league. All my highway trips are my regular routes and I could easily see the difference with the C3. You never need to brake on rough patches or bridge joints, it just glides.

While these were some useful points made by BHPian skpprabhu, we've also shared our observations about the Citroen C3 after a day of driving.
