DTC bus driver deliberately rams into my Kia Carnival

Damage was not much so I can let this go, but on the other hand, I don't want to just let this go, as the driver would then just be more confident and someone else would face the brunt in the future.

Today afternoon, about 500 meters from Delhi airport, I was one of the left-most vehicles at a traffic intersection turning right (T-point, so only left and right possible) and a DTC bus driver wanted to bully his way in by cutting in front of me from even further left. He probably expected me to brake suddenly or speed up, but I did not make any sudden changes as I was with young children in the car. He got upset and rammed into the LHS rear fender of my Kia Carnival.

This was an empty DTC bus, with a conductor and some kind of a BSF guy as the only passenger, and 100 meters before a bunch of traffic police.

I have got the post accident video footage which clearly shows he was in the wrong simply by where his bus was (way off on the left and 5 feet from the dead-end of the T-point). On video, the driver admits his mistake saying

1. He couldn't control the bus.

2. I was not letting him go so he was left with no choice, etc.

The traffic police was there in 15 seconds but refused to take any action saying I should call the PCR at 100, as this was not their matter. I have a photograph of the DTC drivers ID card, and the Bus Number, the traffic cop, etc.

What should I do if I want some kind of action to be taken? The Facebook page of DTC is not in use, and I am not active on Twitter, so haven't checked there.

Any suggestions on what my options are regarding the course of action.
