Ducati Monster SP India launch on May 2, 2023

The Ducati Monster is also available in standard and Monster+ variants.

Ducati India has released a teaser of its upcoming bike for the Indian market, the Monster SP. It will be launched on May 2, 2023.

The Monster SP comes in a special dual-tone colour scheme, an LED headlamp with a small flyscreen up front and a passenger seat cowl. The bike is equipped with a 4.3-inch colour TFT display that has a built-in lap timer. 

The Monster SP is powered by a 973cc, V-twin engine that produces 110 BHP @ 9,250 rpm and 93 Nm @ 6,500 rpm. The engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox with a bi-directional quick-shifter.

The Monster SP comes equipped with 43 mm Ohlins upside-down fork suspension at the front and an Ohlins monoshock at the rear. It gets twin 320 mm discs up front with Brembo Stylema brake calipers and a 245 mm disc at the rear. It also gets a Termignoni twin-can exhaust.

The Monster SP is offered with several electronic aids, including cornering ABS, traction control, wheelie control and three riding modes.
