Earlier this month, a test mule of Jawa's upcoming 293cc motorcycle was caught testing. The first undisguised images of the bike have now surfaced online.

The image suggests that the new Jawa motorcycle is likely to be offered in red colour with gold pinstripes and chrome detailing. The bike has a look similar to the Jawa bike from the past. It has a teardrop shaped fuel tank with red and gold detailing and chrome on the sides. A round headlamp and instrument cluster are integrated into a single module. The bike has a flat seat and chrome rear view mirrors. It rides on spoked wheels and has telescopic front suspension and twin rear shock absorbers.

Classic Legends has already announced the engine that will power the new Jawa - a 293cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled unit, which is based on the Mojo's single-cylinder engine. It makes 27 BHP and 28 Nm of torque. The radiator is mounted on the frame in front of the engine. Despite being a single-cylinder engine, it has twin chrome exhausts. The bike is also seen with a disc brake at the front and a drum brake at the rear. A single channel ABS unit could be offered as well.

The new Jawa bike will be officially unveiled on November 15, 2018.
