Force One 4x4 lower variant spied

Force Motors appears to have started testing a lower variant of the One 4x4 SUV.

The Force One 4x4 has been available in only LX trim. It is equipped with an electronic shift-on-the-fly system, alloy wheels, projector headlamps with daytime running lights, front and rear fog lamps, body-coloured bumpers and door handles, door mirrors with integrated turn indicators, roof rails, leather upholstery, 2-DIN audio system with Bluetooth connectivity, cruise control and multifunction steering wheel. Safety equipment includes ABS with EBD and reverse parking sensors.

The spy shots of the test mule show the SUV with steel wheels and 4x4 lettering on the sides. A lot of the features from the LX could be left out on the new variant.

The Force One LX and SX are powered by a 2.2-litre, 4-cylinder, BS IV compliant, diesel engine that produces 141 PS @ 3800 rpm and 321 Nm of torque @ 1600-2400 rpm. The entry-level EX one the other hand is powered by 2.6-litre, 4-cylinder, BS III compliant, diesel motor that puts out 82 PS @ 3200 rpm and 230 Nm of torque @ 1800-2000 rpm. It is unclear which engine Force Motors is using in the lower variant.
