Ford EcoSport Titanium petrol now gets alloys from S variant

However, it has been reported that only the petrol gets the blackened alloys from the S variant, while the diesel Titanium variant continues with the old alloy wheels.

Ford has updated the Titanium variant of the EcoSport with a new alloy wheel design. It now gets the same alloys that are seen on the 'S' variant of the compact SUV. However, it has been reported that only the petrol gets the blackened alloys from the S variant, while the diesel Titanium variant continues with the old alloy wheels.

Ford is looking to update the EcoSport and the facelift has already been spotted testing on a few occasions. The updated EcoSport is expected to come with a new front bumper, new L-shaped daytime running lights and a squarish housing for the fog lamps. It is also expected to get a new 5-spoke alloy wheel design.

The EcoSport is offered with two engine options. A 1.5-litre, 3-cylinder petrol engine which produces 120 BHP and 149 Nm, is paired with a 5-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic transmission. There is also a 1.5-litre diesel engine that puts out 99 BHP and 215 Nm, offered with a 5-speed manual gearbox.
