Fourth-gen Hyundai Santa Fe official renders out

Hyundai has released official renderings of the fourth-generation Santa Fe. The new SUV is set to debut at the Geneva Motor Show in March 2018.

The digital renderings reveal the SUV's new styling that takes inspiration from the Hyundai Kona. The front fascia features a large cascade grille with a chrome strip on top. Slim LED DRLs are placed on top of the main headlamps that are housed in separate pods on either side of the grille. The car features a wide air dam and an integrated bumper scuff plate as well. It has squared-off wheel arches filled with 5-spoke alloy wheels and a crease running along the sides. The ORVMs have integrated turn signals and the window frame has chrome trim. At the rear, the gently sloping roofline terminates in a roof spoiler. It features Y-shaped LED tail lights and a chunky rear bumper. It has chrome exhaust tips that have been integrated into the bumper. A rear scuff plate can also be seen in the renderings.

The 4th-gen Santa Fe will be launched in global markets with a range of petrol and diesel engines later this year. It is likely to be offered in 5-seat and 7-seat configurations. That said, Hyundai currently has no plans to launch the new Santa Fe in India.
