Hero Hunk facelift spotted without disguise

Earlier this month, we had reported that Hero MotoCorp had started testing a facelifted version of the Hunk 150cc motorcycle (click here to read report). Now, a test mule of the bike has been spotted once again, this time without any disguise.

The refreshed Hunk is almost identical to the current model. Differences between the two are limited to graphics and the colour of the gas-filled shock absorbers at the rear and a tweaked instrument cluster.

The Hunk is expected to be powered by a 149.2cc, air-cooled, 4-stroke, single cylinder unit that develops 15.6 BHP @ 8,500 rpm and 13.5 Nm of torque @ 7,000 rpm. It is mated to a 5-speed transmission. This engine also powers the Xtreme Sports motorcycle, which was launched earlier this year.

The bike has a disc brake at the front and a drum brake at the rear. Other features include clear lens indicators, a single contoured seat, black grab rail and a full chain cover.
