Hero MotoCorp: Over 1 lakh units sold in a single day!

This is the highest ever sales recorded in a non-festive period.

Hero MotoCorp sold more than 1 lakh motorcycles and scooters in a single day on August 9, 2021.

It was the highest ever sales recorded in a non-festive period and included retail sales in the domestic as well as international markets.

According to the company, the record sales were achieved thanks to the demand across markets and different segments including entry, deluxe, premium as well as scooters.

The bikemaker stated that the daily average sales of scooters doubled on August 9. There was a spike in demand for the Maestro Edge 125, Destini and Pleasure 110.

In the motorcycle segment, models like the Glamour XTEC, Splendor and Xtreme 160R contributed to the overall sales volume on August 9.
