Hero unveils Maestro Edge scooter; launch on October 13

Hero MotoCorp has unveiled the Maestro Edge scooter in India. The company will launch the product on October 13.

The Maestro Edge is available in seven colours – Pearl Silver White, Panther Black, Shooting Night Star, Candy Blazing Red, Techno Blue, Matte Vernier Grey and Matte Blue. It has a telescopic fork suspension at the front and rides on 12-inch alloy wheels.

Other features include key with E-Code, integrated braking, remote seat opening, external fuel filler, pass switch, illuminated under-seat storage, a digital-analogue instrument cluster with service reminder and side stand indicator, mobile charging port, LED tail lamp and front and rear luggage hooks.

The Maestro Edge is powered by a 110cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled 4-stroke petrol engine that develops 8.31 BHP @ 8,000 rpm and 8.3 Nm of torque @ 6,500 rpm. Hero claims that the scooter can return a fuel-efficiency figure of 65.8 kpl.

The Maestro Edge comes in two variants - LX and VX.
