Honda Amaze introductory price extended till January 31

The new Amaze competes with the Maruti Suzuki Dzire, Tata Tigor and Hyundai Aura in the compact sedan segment.

Honda launched the third-generation Amaze in December last year at Rs 7,99,900 (ex-showroom, Delhi). The carmaker has now extended the introductory price till January 31, 2025.

The Honda Amaze is available in three variants: V, VX and ZX. Customers can choose between a manual or CVT. The prices for the automatic variants range from Rs 9,19,900 to Rs 10,89,900 (ex-showroom, Delhi).

The new Amaze is powered by a 1.2-litre, 4-cylinder petrol engine that produces 89 BHP and 110 Nm. It is paired with either a 5-speed manual or a 7-step CVT with paddle shifters. Honda claims a fuel efficiency of 18.65 km/l (MT) and 19.46 km/h (CVT).

The 3rd-gen Amaze is wider and taller than its predecessor. It features twin-pod LED headlamps with a large hexagonal grille and U-shaped LED taillights similar to those on the City.

Inside, the Amaze comes with a new 3-spoke steering wheel and a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system in the centre. It offers features like wireless charging, rear AC vents, a semi-digital instrument console and wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. The car also gets new safety features such as Lane Watch Camera and ADAS.
