Honda CB Unicorn 160 launched in India at Rs. 69,350

Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd. (HMSI) has launched the CB Unicorn 160 motorcycle in India at prices starting from Rs. 69,350 (ex-showroom, Delhi).

Powering the Unicorn 160 is a 163 cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled petrol engine that develops 14.5 bhp @ 8000 rpm and 14.61 Nm of torque @ 6000 rpm. The engine features Honda Eco Technology (HET) and is mated to a 5-speed gearbox. Honda claims that the bike can return a fuel economy figure of 62 kpl.

The styling of CB Unicorn 160 styling is inspired by the CB Trigger. The bike has a digital instrument cluster, "H" shaped tail light, floating side cowl, saree guard and a muscular fuel tank. It rides one 17-inch alloy wheels shod with 80/100 and 110/80 section tyres at the front and rear respectively.

The CB Unicorn uses a telescopic fork suspension at the front and a monoshock at the rear. It has a disc brake at the front and a drum brake at the rear and is available with Honda's Combi-Brake System (CBS).

The CB Unicorn 160 is available in four colours - Imperial Red Metallic, Pearl Black, Geny Grey Metallic and Sunbeam White.
