Having launched its first electric scooter in India, Honda is now shifting gears and planning to introduce five new big bikes in 2025. According to a recent leak, the bike maker has lined up a couple of 650cc models, 750cc and 1,000cc bikes as well as a maxi-scooter.
The maxi-scooter in question is the Honda X-ADV – an all-terrain scooter designed for touring. It is powered by a 750cc, parallel-twin engine that produces 58 BHP and 69 Nm, paired with a 6-speed dual-clutch transmission.
Next year, Honda will launch the CB 650R and CBR 650R in India. Both bikes have been recently updated for the 2025 model year. While the CB 650 R features a neo-retro design, the latter is a proper sports bike.
The Honda CB750 Hornet will be introduced as a rival to the Triumph Street Triple S, along with the brand’s flagship streetfighter, the CB1000 Hornet. The CB750 is powered by a 755cc, parallel twin, while the CB1000 uses a detuned version of the Fireblade's 999cc, inline 4-cylinder engine.
Honda’s upcoming big bikes will be imported as Completely Built Units (CBUs) and sold via its Big Wing showrooms.
