Hyundai has updated its product portfolio in terms of the standard safety features. All cars and SUVs now come with 3-point seat belts and seat belt reminders for all seats as standard across all variants.
Additionally, Hyundai has also introduced certain safety features on specific models in its line-up. For instance, ESC, Vehicle Stability Management (VSM) and Hill Assist Control as standard on the Venue and all models above it, including the N Line versions of the i20 and Venue.
Earlier this year, Hyundai started offering 6 airbags as standard on the Creta, Alcazar, and Ioniq 5, while the Venue, Grand i10 NIOS and Aura were upgraded with 4 airbags. The newly launched Verna also gets 6 airbags as standard.
The Creta and Alcazar were upgraded with ESC, VSM, Hill-start Assist Control and rear disc brakes. Additionally, Level-2 ADAS is now available on the Tucson, Ioniq 5 and the new Verna.
