Hyundai Venue facelift bookings open; launch on June 16

The prices for the Venue facelift will be announced on June 16, 2022.

Hyundai has started accepting bookings for the Venue facelift in India. Customers can now place their orders at their nearest Hyundai dealership by paying a token amount of Rs. 21,000.

The 2022 Venue gets a refreshed front end featuring a revised radiator grille with chrome inserts and a new front bumper. It retains the split headlamp setup, albeit with minor modifications.

The rear end of the Venue has also been updated significantly. It now gets new L-shaped LED tail lamp clusters with an LED light bar in the centre. The rear bumper has a rectangular insert with position lamps on either side.

The updated Venue comes with 'Home to car' (H2C) with Alexa and Google Voice Assistant. Using this feature, users can remotely control the air-conditioning, check vehicle status or lock or unlock the doors. Other voice supported features include Find My Car, TPMS, fuel level information, speed alert, Time Fencing Alert and Idle Time Alert.

Additionally, the new Venue comes with a new digital instrument cluster, 2 step reclining rear seats and three drive modes – Normal, Eco and Sport.

The 2022 Venue will be offered with the same engine options as the outgoing model. These include a 998cc turbo petrol with 118 BHP and 172 Nm, 1.2-litre petrol producing 82 BHP and 115 Nm and a 1.5-litre diesel that makes 99 BHP and 240 Nm. Transmission options include a 5-speed manual, 6-speed manual, 6-speed iMT and a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic.
