I installed a dual-channel dashcam in my Tata Safari myself

I bought the 70mai Pro Plus A500S dual-channel dashcam for my SUV from Amazon.

Hello Everyone,

As some of you know, I was searching for a dashcam for my Safari. So I zeroed in on the 70Mai Pro Plus A500S dual-channel dashcam after reading through reviews and other suggestions.

The dashcam was delivered from Amazon on 1st Oct. I did some initial checks at home by connecting the dashcam to the laptop's USB port and it was working fine - both the front and rear dashcam. Downloaded the 70Mai app and it seems to be working fine too. Bought a 128GB Samsung EVO memory card. Yet to purchase the CP filter for the front dashcam.

Finally got time this weekend to fit it in the Safari as a DIY project. Took approx. 2 hours to fix the dashcam with all the wiring and connections.

1. Didn't hardwire the dashcam - power is via USB post on 3rd row.
2. Couldn't open the A-pillar cover (too tight and feared I would break it) to route the wire behind the airbag so went over it.

Rest of the connection details are in the attached pics. Some sample front and rear dashcam pics are also attached. Morning 10AM and evening 5PM pics sample.
