India-spec Nissan Kicks unveiled

Nissan has unveiled the India-spec Kicks SUV.

The Kicks comes with a body structure called as GRAPHENE by Nissan which stands for Gravity-philic Energy Absorption and is claimed absorb impacts and make the car safer. It measures 4,383 mm in length, 1,813 mm in width and 1,656 mm in height. It has a wheelbase of 2,673 mm.

The SUV features a V-motion chrome grille flanked by sweptback LED projector headlamps that have U-shaped LED DRLs. It has a dual-tone front bumper with a silver scuff plate in the centre and rectangular fog lamps on either side. The Kicks comes with blacked-out pillars and black ORVMs with integrated turn signals. It comes with a contrasting roof with roof rails and a shark fin antenna. At the rear, the Kicks gets wraparound tail lights and a dual-tone bumper with a silver scuff plate. The SUV has flared wheel arches filled with 17-inch, 5-spoke machined alloy wheels. 

The Nissan Kicks is expected to get dual-tone interiors and a touchscreen infotainment system. It is likely to get a 3-spoke multi-function steering wheel and features such as a 360-degree camera.

The Nissan Kicks is expected to be launched in January 2019 and is likely to be offered with petrol and diesel engine options.
