Jeep announces after sales service & warranty initiative

The program offers customers a 3-year warranty, express service and a loaner vehicle.

Jeep India has introduced a new customer care program called 'Jeep Wave Exclusive'. It offers customers comprehensive warranties and a multitude of service benefits.

Jeep Wave Exclusive program offers a 3-year comprehensive warranty covering all parts, except for consumables and wear and tear parts. It also includes 'Express Service' starting at 90 minutes with pick-up and drop-off facility. Customers also get a loaner Jeep SUV if the mechanical repairs take longer than 96 hours.

As part of the Jeep Wave Exclusive program, the carmaker is offering various online services to customers, along with Adventure Concierge, which is an exclusive offering for Jeep customers for their curated offroad adventures.

Jeep Wave Exclusive program will apply to all existing purchased or leased Jeep vehicles; except for the Jeep Comprehensive Warranty, which will be available on vehicles purchased from April 1, 2023 onwards.
