Jeep Compass BS6 launched at Rs. 16.49 lakh

The Jeep Compass is now available with a range of BS6-compliant engines. Prices for the petrol variants start at Rs. 16.49 lakh, while the diesels start at Rs. 17.99 lakh (ex-showroom).

The Compass is available with a BS6-compliant 1.4-litre petrol engine that produces 161 BHP and 250 Nm. It comes paired with either a 6-speed manual or 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. The 2.0-litre diesel unit makes 171 BHP and 350 Nm and is available with a 6-speed manual or a 9-speed automatic gearbox. All-wheel drive is only available with a diesel engine.
