Jinpeng Explorer electric minitruck spotted in Mumbai

The Jinpeng Explorer has been spotted in Mumbai. The electric minitruck was seen in the parking lot of City Mall, Andheri.

The Jinpeng Explorer is a Chinese electric pickup truck. It has a single cab with two seats and a large cargo bay. The minitruck measures 3,760 mm in length and has a wheelbase of 2,400 mm. It is rated to carry up to 600 kg of cargo.

Jinpeng offers two variants of the Explorer minitruck powered by either a 1,800 W or 3,000 W electric motor. Both variants come with a 100 Ah lead-acid battery pack, with a range of 100-130 km and 100-110 km, respectively.

It is unclear if the minitruck spotted in Mumbai is a private import or has been brought in for testing purposes.
