Kawasaki to unveil 3 new electric motorcycles next year

The three new electric motorcycles are part of Kawasaki's larger plans of introducing 10 electric and hybrid bikes by 2025.

According to media reports, Kawasaki's President & CEO Hiroshi has announced that the Japanese superbike manufacturer will unveil a total of three new electric motorcycles in the coming year.

Reports suggest that Hiroshi took to the stage at EICMA 2021 to lay down a broad outline of the brand's future models.

The three new electric motorcycles are part of Kawasaki's larger plans of introducing 10 electric and hybrid bikes by 2025. Hiroshi also stated that apart from electric and hybrid powertrains, Kawasaki is also open to exploring other power sources, including hydrogen and eFuels.

The company had recently announced its plans to go all-electric in select markets by 2035.
