Kia India to hike prices by up to 2% from January 2025

Kia is gearing up to debut yet another SUV, the Syros, in the Indian market.

Kia has announced that it plans to increase the prices of its models by up to 2%. The revised prices will be effective from January 1, 2025.

According to Kia, the price hike was necessitated by the persistent rise in commodity prices, unfavourable exchange rates and increased input costs. Despite these challenges, the company is absorbing a significant portion of the cost increase.

Kia currently offers a wide range of products in the Indian market. These include the Sonet, Seltos, Carens, and Carnival. The carmaker is now gearing up to debut yet another SUV, the Syros.

Kia also offers two pure-electric models in India. These include the EV6 and the flagship electric SUV, the EV9.
