The X Line trim will be positioned above the GTX+ variants of the Seltos.

The Kia Seltos X Line concept was first showcased at the 2020 Auto Expo. The carmaker has now revealed the production version, which will go on sale next month.

The X Line trim will be positioned above the GTX+ variants of the Seltos. It's primarily a cosmetic update featuring a dark theme.

The Seltos X Line comes in a Matte Graphite exterior colour with a matching grille and a Piano Black frame. It gets a Piano Black front skid plate with orange accents and Piano Black fog lamp pods. The X Line variant also gets a Piano Black shark fin antenna, tailgate garnish, piano black faux exhausts and rear skid plate with orange accents. It comes with black ORVMs, side door garnish with Sun Orange accents and 18-inch Crystal-Cut Matte Graphite alloys.

On the inside, the X Line variant gets Indigo Pero leatherette upholstery with grey stitching. It comes equipped with a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity as well as UVO connect features.

The Seltos X Line will continue to be offered with a choice of either the 1.4-litre turbo-petrol engine producing 138 BHP and 242 Nm or the 1.5-litre diesel unit that makes 113 BHP and 250 Nm. The former will get a 7-speed DCT, while the diesel engine will come mated to a 6-speed automatic transmission.
