Kia Sonet Anniversary Edition brochure leaks ahead of launch

The Sonet Anniversary Edition will be offered with the 1.0L turbo-petrol and 1.5L diesel engines.

It seems Kia is planning to launch the Sonet Anniversary Edition this festive season, details of which are now out thanks to a leaked brochure. This limited edition variant will be sold till March 2022.

The Sonet Anniversary Edition is likely to be based on the HTX variant. The car will get an Aurochs front and rear skid plates with Tangerine accents, a special Anniversary Edition badge, Tangerine highlights on the grille, alloy wheels and side door garnish.

The Anniversary Edition will be offered with two engine options. These include a 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine with 118 BHP / 172 Nm paired with either a 6-speed manual or 7-speed DCT and a 1.5-litre diesel that will be available with either a 6-speed manual or 6-speed automatic transmission.

According to the brochure, the Sonet Anniversary Edition will be available in four colour options - Aurora Black Pearl, Gravity Grey, Silver Steel and Glacier White Pearl.
