Kia has released a new teaser of the upcoming Syros. It provides a glimpse of the car’s interior, revealing some interesting details.
The Kia Syros will get a new 2-spoke steering wheel, similar to that on the Kia EV3. The multi-function steering even has a ‘Terrain Mode’ switch.
The teaser reveals parts of the centre console, which houses the engine start/stop button and switches to activate the front parking sensors and 360-degree camera. The car also gets a wireless charging pad along with USB ports.
The teaser also provides a glimpse of the dashboard, which features a free-standing touchscreen infotainment system in the centre. The SUV has blue ambient lighting and a panoramic sunroof.
The Kia Syros is expected to come with two engine options. These include a 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine producing 118 BHP and 172 Nm, paired with either a 6-speed manual or a 7-speed DCT, and a 1.5-litre diesel with 113 BHP and 250 Nm, which will be paired with a 6-speed manual and 6-speed automatic.
The Kia Syros will be officially revealed on December 19.
