Kia Syros receives over 20,000 bookings in India

The petrol version accounts for 67% of the total bookings

Kia has announced that it has received 20,163 bookings for the Syros in India since pre-bookings began on January 3, 2025.

According to the company, the petrol version accounts for 67% of the total bookings, while the remaining 33% opted for the diesel version. 48% of the buyers opted for the top variants, while 38% chose the automatic version.

Glacier White Pearl exterior colour has been the most popular option till now with 32% bookings. 26% of buyers opted for the Aurora Black Pearl colour, while 20% chose Frost Blue.

The Kia Syros is available in four trims: HTK, HTK+, HTX and HTX+ with prices ranging from Rs 8,99,900, and Rs 16,99,900 (ex-showroom).

The SUV comes with two engine options. These include a 1.0-litre turbo-petrol unit that produces 118 BHP and 172 Nm. It is paired with a 6-speed manual and a 7-speed DCT. Customers can also opt for a 1.5-litre diesel that puts out 114 BHP and 250 Nm. This engine is offered with a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed automatic.
