Mahindra Marazzo Diesel AMT specifications leak

Mahindra is also likely to introduce a 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine mated to a 6-speed AT.

A leaked transport department document has revealed details of the Mahindra Marazzo Diesel AMT variant.

It seems that Mahindra is likely to introduce the new variant as its homologation is now complete. As per the document, the AMT option will be offered in all the three variants - M2, M4+ and M6+. The MPV will be available in 7-seat and 8-seat configurations.

The Marazzo Diesel AMT will be powered by the 1.5-litre oil burner that produces 121 BHP and 300 Nm. The engine will be paired with a 6-speed AMT. It will have 2 drive modes - Power and Eco. In Eco mode, the peak output is restricted to 99 BHP.

Mahindra is also likely to introduce a 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine mated to a 6-speed automatic transmission in the Marazzo. This engine makes 161 BHP and 280 Nm.
