Mahindra, VW, Skoda & Honda to skip 2023 Auto Expo

The 2023 Auto Expo will be held in Greater Noida near Delhi from January 13-18.

India's biggest automotive exposition is back after a three year break. However, reports suggest that several big brands have decided to opt out this time.

Maruti Suzuki and Tata Motors are among the homegrown brands that will showcase their products at the upcoming event. MG Motor, Toyota, Kia and BYD have also confirmed their participation.

However, brands like Mahindra, Honda, Isuzu, Citroen, Nissan, Volkswagen and Skoda have decided to opt out due to high costs and a general lack of new products. While Volvo and Lexus will be present, other premium brands like Audi, BMW, Mini, Mercedes-Benz, Jaguar and Land Rover will skip next year's event.

Reports also suggest that Hero MotorCorp, Bajaj and TVS will not showcase their 2-wheelers at the upcoming Auto Expo.
