Mahindra XUV700: Insider info on production

The Mahindra XUV700 is now available in top-spec AX7 Luxury Diesel AT AWD trim as well.

Last month, Mahindra announced the pricing for the XUV700, and the SUV will finally go on sale on October 7, 2021. However, it is said that the company has had to adjust its production plans based on the availability of semiconductors.

Just like other carmakers, Mahindra too is facing a huge crisis due to the chip shortage. The company is said to have prioritized the XUV700 production over other models until March 2022, which could affect deliveries of the Thar and XUV300.

Meanwhile, Mahindra has introduced a new top-spec AWD variant of the XUV700, which was initially expected to be launched at a later date.
