The XUV700 will also get the largest panoramic sunroof in the segment.

Mahindra has released a new video detailing one of the standout features of the upcoming XUV700. This time, we get a look at the SUV's "Smart Door Handles". The video shows the flush-fitting door handles in operation.

Earlier this year, patent images of the XUV700 door handles had leaked online, giving us a detailed look at the mechanism underneath. It is hinged at the front, unlike the door handles on the Range Rover Velar that pops out. Mahindra claims that their solution is simpler, safe and easily operable.

We also know that the XUV700 will get Auto Booster Headlamps. The system switches on extra lights when the vehicle crosses 80 km/h while driving at night. The SUV will also be equipped with the largest panoramic sunroof in the segment and will come with personalized safety alerts.

While Mahindra is yet to announce the official launch date of the XUV700, it is expected to go on sale later this year.
