Maruti Suzuki launches VR experience for Arena customers

ARENAVerse will offer an interactive virtual reality (VR) experience to customers.

Maruti Suzuki has announced the launch of ARENAVerse, a Metaverse platform for its Arena dealer network.

Just like NEXAverse, ARENAVerse will offer an interactive virtual reality (VR) experience to customers. Customers will be able to interact with sales representatives digitally. The platform will enable users to configure cars at over 700 Maruti Suzuki Arena showrooms. A web version of ARENAVerse is also available on Maruti Suzuki’s official website.

Earlier, Mahindra announced a similar Metaverse platform for its XUV400 electric SUV. It is based on Metadome.ai and offers a virtual showroom with guided and free-roam options, an LED wall with spatial sound interactive avatars along with merchandise and accessory zones. Customers can also create their own avatars and will be able to customize their SUVs using the 3D configurator and experience virtual test drives.
