Maruti Suzuki opens 500th Nexa Service touchpoint

Maruti Suzuki’s first Nexa Service workshop was opened in July 2017.

Maruti Suzuki has inaugurated its 500th Nexa Service touchpoint in the country. It is located at Mapusa in Goa.

Maruti Suzuki’s first Nexa Service workshop was opened in July 2017. Since then, the carmaker has been expanding its service network. In FY2023-24, Maruti inaugurated 90 Nexa Service touchpoints. In this fiscal year, the company has already added 78 new Nexa Service workshops. 

Hirashi Takeuchi, MD & CEO of Maruti Suzuki, stated that the carmaker plans to expand its service network, including Arena and Nexa service touchpoints, from the current 5,240 to 8,000 by FY2030-31.

Maruti’s Nexa Service workshops are equipped with premium lounges and digital displays. The carmaker uses a mobile app to enhance information flow to the customer. Every customer is handled by a dedicated service manager.
