Maruti Suzuki S-Presso launched at Rs. 3.69 lakh

Maruti Suzuki has launched the S-Presso in India. The car is available in four variants with prices starting at Rs. 3.69 lakh (ex-showroom).

The Maruti S-Presso is based on the Heartect platform. It measures 3,565 mm in length, 1,520 mm in width, 1,564 / 1,549 mm in height and has a wheelbase of 2,380 mm. It rides on 14-inch wheels.

The S-Presso features a slim grille with chrome inserts and it has a dual-tone front bumper. At the rear, the car has rectangular tail lamps and a dual-tone bumper with integrated reflectors.

On the inside, the S-Presso gets a circular centre console with colour matched interior trim. It includes a digital instrument cluster and a touchscreen infotainment system that has Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity options. The car has a 3-spoke, multi-function steering wheel and a basic air-conditioning unit.

The S-Presso is powered by a BS-VI compliant 1.0-litre, 3-cylinder petrol engine that produces 67 BHP @ 5,500 rpm and 90 Nm @ 3,500 rpm. The engine is mated to a 5-speed manual and 5-speed automated manual transmission (AMT).

The car comes equipped with safety features such as dual airbags, ABS with EBD, seat belt reminder, rear parking sensors and high speed warning.
