Maruti Tour M diesel launched at Rs. 9.81 lakh

Maruti Suzuki has silently launched the Ertiga-based Tour M diesel for the taxi segment. The car is priced at Rs. 9.81 lakh (ex-showroom).

The Tour M diesel is based on the VDi variant and gets features such as halogen projector headlights, ORVMs with turn signals, chrome grille, dual-tone interiors, audio system with Bluetooth connectivity, multi-function steering wheel, air-conditioning with 2nd-row AC vents and safety features like dual airbags, ABS with EBD and brake assist, speed limiter set at 80 km/h, rear parking sensors and ISOFIX child safety seat anchor points.

The Tour M diesel is powered by a BS-IV compliant 1.5-litre, 4-cylinder diesel engine that produces 94 BHP @ 4,000 rpm and 225 Nm @ 1,700-2,500 rpm. The engine is mated to a 6-speed manual transmission.
