Mercedes-Benz has announced a price hike of up to 2% on select models from January 1, 2022.
According to the company, prices are being increased to offset feature enhancement and rising input costs. However, those who have already booked their cars will be offered price protection.
Price protection will be applicable on select models, including the A-Class, E-Class, GLE 400 and GLE 400d, until December 31, 2021.
It's a common practice for carmakers to increase the prices in the new year. Earlier, Audi had also announced a 3% hike on its models.
