MG Hector Anniversary Edition launched at Rs. 13.63 lakh

The Anniversary Edition is based on the Super trim, but gets more features for the same price.

MG has launched an Anniversary Edition of the Hector SUV. It is available in limited numbers and is offered with petrol and diesel engine options. Prices start Rs. 13.63 lakh for the petrol and Rs. 14.99 lakh (ex-showroom, India) for the diesel version.

The Hector Anniversary Edition is based on the Super trim. But, it gets additional feature such as wireless charging, air purifier, a Medklinn in-car kit, panoramic sunroof, and a 10.3-inch touchscreen infotainment with built-in voice assistant and over 50 connected car features.

The Anniversary Edition is available with a 1.5-litre, 4-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine that produces 141 BHP and 250 Nm and a 2.0-litre diesel producing with 168 BHP and 350 Nm. Both engines are offered with a 6-speed manual transmission.

The Anniversary Edition is not available with the petrol hybrid powertrain, which uses a 48-volt lithium-ion battery that offers an additional 20 Nm of torque assistance when required.
