MG Hector Plus gets two new 7-seater variants

The Hector Plus is available in Select Pro Petrol CVT and Smart Pro Diesel MT trims.

MG has launched two new 7-seater variants of the Hector Plus. The SUV is now available in Select Pro Petrol CVT and Smart Pro Diesel MT trims priced at Rs 19,71,800 and Rs 20,64,800 (ex-showroom).

The new Select Pro Petrol CVT and Smart Pro Diesel MT variants come equipped with a digital instrument cluster, a 14-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a wireless charger, an engine start/stop button with Smart Key, and over 75 connected car features.

Both trims get LED projector headlamps, LED tail lamps and 18-inch dual-tone alloy wheels. The interior sports a two-tone Argil Brown and Black colour scheme. The SUV also gets leatherette seat upholstery and an electrically adjustable driver seat.

The MG Hector Select Pro Petro CVT variant uses a 1.5-litre, 4-cylinder engine that produces 141 BHP and 250 Nm, paired with a CVT. The Smart Pro Diesel MT trim is powered by the familiar 2.0-litre diesel unit that makes 168 BHP and 350 Nm. It is paired with a 6-speed manual gearbox.
