Mitsubishi's Ralliart brand set to make a return

Ralliart will offer a range of custom-made accessories for Mitsubishi's model line-up.

There was a time when Mitsubishi was a household name on the World Rally Championship (WRC) scene. The red Mitsubishis sporting the Ralliart liveries would seem very familiar to you. Now, the Ralliart brand is making a comeback.

Ralliart will offer a range of custom-made accessories for Mitsubishi's model line-up. During a recent presentation, the company revealed a L200 pick-up truck equipped with Ralliart parts - it looks similar to what Toyota does with their TRD variants.

Mitsubishi has also confirmed that it intends to enter various motorsports events around the world. Although the company hasn't revealed the exact events that it will participate in, we would always hope the brand returns to WRC.

Ralliart was Mitsubishi's high-performance division that rose to fame thanks to its success in WRC and the Dakar Rally before it was wound down in 2010.
