More details about the Hyundai Creta facelift

A product presentation of the upcoming Hyundai Creta facelift has leaked online. The documents reveal all the changes that have been made to the Creta in addition to the variant details and features as well as the approximate pricing. 

The new model is likely to be offered in 5 variants - E, E+, S, SX and SX (O) with prices ranging from Rs. 9.47-15.07 lakh (ex-showroom).

In terms of design changes, the new Creta will get redesigned headlamp clusters and a new cascade design grille. It comes with a new front bumper with integrated skid plate and redesigned fog lamp housings with LED DRLs. At the rear, the compact SUV features a new tail lamp design and revised bumpers and reflectors. It has integrated type roof rails instead of bridge type units. The new Creta will be offered with 16-inch steel / alloys or 17-inch diamond cut alloy wheels depending on the variant. 

On the inside, the new Creta facelift gets new fabric seat covers and air-conditioning vents finished in a bright metallic paint. The Creta will be offered with dual-tone exterior paint options including a new Orange shade, which comes with colour matched interior trim. Features like sunroof, cruise control and power adjustable driver seat will be offered on select variants.

The new Creta will be available with the same engine options as the current model. These include a 123 BHP, 1.6-litre, 4-cylinder petrol engine, 126 BHP, 1.6-litre, 4-cylinder diesel and an 89 BHP, 1.4-litre diesel unit. Transmission options will include a 6-speed manual and 6-speed automatic.
